Update 3/4/2025: This year we have security guards that walking around every now and then but that is not enough. We've had our mailboxes broken into multiple times this year. I know of 2 occasions because I was affected. One towards the end of January and now in March. The first time, I was not notified that my mailbox was broken into but they knew about the issue and did not contact me. I had to create a maintenance ticket and it took days to get repaired. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is an absolute nightmare, and management does not care about its residents at all. They claim it’s a “smoke-free” community, yet the hallways constantly reek of cigarette and weed smoke. I’ve complained multiple times, but nothing has been done. It’s a serious health risk, and they just ignore it. The place is filthy. Dog poop is left in the hallways, and no one cleans it up after two days. It’s disgusting and completely unhygienic. As a new resident of Alma on Maple, I have felt welcome thanks to Betty, the community manager, and the staff. Although there were a few hiccups during my move-in, they were all resolved quickly. I truly appreciate their support and assistance in making my transition smooth. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new home.
