The level of customer service I received was extremely poor. The leasing agent completely ignored us and then he went on to service others who came after us and then when he did try to give us attention it was almost time to close but yet we still was interrupted by several times. It sad that we were treated differently because of our sexuality and color of our skin. We will NOT be renting here and I advise anyone who wants to be treated important to look elsewhere because they only care about the color of your skin. To them... read more

Maintenance requests are closed and usually nothing is done about them, most of the times the maintenance crew doesn't even show up, 5 requests over a month to fix a leak from the drain upstairs after also being shouted by the hvac maintenance crew. Management doesn't respond or read emails Common areas taking months to be cleaned, having dog shit spread over the hallways as the crew in charge of the garbage spread them Trash everywhere, but they still charge you the trash fee, even when you have to carry the bags to the roo... read more

The management seems to be neglecting their responsibilities. My neighbor turns on the TV at a very high volume every single night around 2–3 a.m., which seriously affects my rest. I’ve reported this issue to the property management many times, but all they’ve done is send emails to my neighbor—no further action has been taken. Now, when I email them again to follow up, they don’t even bother to reply.

We’ve been here only a few months. Our apartment was filthy when we moved in and had a leaking sink. The AC has to be “fixed” every other week. The apartment is constantly over 80 degrees. The front gates seem to be broken often. The maintenance team is efficient. The walls are thin, you will hear your neighbors. On weekends the trash piles up near the trash chute in the parking garage. The dog park is constantly filled with dog poop, the owners do not pick up after their dogs. Our stay here has not been pleasant.
