I was just reviewing some old files and was reminded this horrible company refused to refund my deposit after I told them I was no longer interested in the unit within the 24 hour cancellation window. * To respond to the reply below - It was not the application Fee that was not returned, it was the 500 deposit for an apartment. Which was then cancelled within the 24 hour cancellation window. Hope someone got nice bonus.

I just moved into the Amli Mark 24 and cannot recommend living here enough. The location is phenomenal, right by the Locks and close to all the Ballard shops, bars, and restaurants, but still far enough away that it is very quiet. I have truly never lived in such a quiet building. The amenities are top tier and I am really enjoying everything the community offers, from the shared spaces to the thoughtful design. When things are good, they’re good: Location is perfect, building is great, staff is friendly, and maintenance is fast. But when it’s bad, it’s bad. As other reviewers have commented, we have had two months of elevator issues. Management thinks this is acceptable because there is another elevator bank on the other side of the building (far away from the amenities). Don’t get me wrong. This place looks gorgeous. Even it might seem like “luxury living.” But the problems start the moment you actually move in. 1. Elevators: This massive apartment complex has two pairs of elevators, and the set next to the lobby has been out of service for over two months. Updates are vague, unhelpful, and frankly meaningless.
