Perfect apartment! We had lived for 1 year. The best things are nice location (abutting Market st and Locks), efficient structure of 2-bed unit, neat amenity places (nice gym and rooftop), and professional maintenance (Jimmy is best). This apartment will be your best choice in Ballard.
The self guided tour app doesn’t work and there was no one present at the leasing office while I was there despite it being normal hours
All of the people here have been tremendously helpful. The building is well maintained and cared-for which made this an easy choice. Living here is even better than planning to live here.
One of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in, and I lived there for 3 years. It consistently has the best value-to-space ratio for luxury apartments with nice amenities. Units are relatively large and more affordable compared to adjacent apartments and those to Fremont/Wallingford. They're also well designed with lots of natural light and big windows, and it's still bright enough even if you're north facing since the adjacent building helps reflect light.
