One of the best apartment complexes I've ever lived in, and I lived there for 3 years. It consistently has the best value-to-space ratio for luxury apartments with nice amenities. Units are relatively large and more affordable compared to adjacent apartments and those to Fremont/Wallingford. They're also well designed with lots of natural light and big windows, and it's still bright enough even if you're north facing since the adjacent building helps reflect light. This place has a serious dog problem. There is constantly dog pee in the stairwells, dog poop outside the entrances, dogs barking in the hallways. The floors are not sound proofed, so you will constantly hear your neighbors dogs jumping up and down. I’ve had dogs lunge at me in the stairwells, dogs nip at me in the elevator. If you want to be the dog-centric apartment building, you should advertise it as such.
I can’t express enough how wonderful it is to live in this community. Jimmy, Charlie, Jim, Courtney and the other staff have been excellent to work with. I have been a resident for going on four years and this community has been nothing but consistent. They deliver the upmost in customer service and quality of life. I sometimes have to pinch myself because it almost seems too good to be true to live in such a beautiful location along with the staff who keeps it that way. This is a great place to live I have no compliants. The staff is friendly and maintenance is always quick. I love my unit its quite spacious and I have a huge balcony. Jimmy is a great maintenance man I gotta shout him out everytime! Hes always nice to run into around the apartment complex and great to have conversations with.
