I asked for odd “inspection” in May of 2023 to be delayed since I had sinus infection and COVID they of course said, “that is not possible due to mandatory scheduled walk through.” They came into my unit while I was extremely sick. I felt uncomfortable with anyone in my space that I did not consent to. I contacted their number beforehand, and they said there is nothing they can do and they asked if I can go outside of my unit for 10-15 minutes. My partner and I are currently residents at the Amli @ Uptown building. We have reached out to the Denver office 3 times now with no way to speak with anyone and no one even attempting to call back. The more time goes by the less I am able to sit here and say that I am actually impressed with this management company anymore. Last year I would be saying a completely different thing - something has changed and I’m super disappointed.
