Not much point in having an on-site dog park if you don’t clear the turf of snow in the winter. Someone obviously came through, cleared the concrete, and made an explicit choice to leave the turf alone. Even asked management to see that it was cleared. Was promised it would be, but it wasn’t.
RecommendedI love living here. Easy to get to pretty much anywhere. Friendly staff. Coffee. Very nice gym. The pool is nice, but i wouldn’t say it’s very family friendly sometimes. I get looks when i walk in with my kids like i ruined the party. but anyhow it’s okay during the week. maintenance is quick. only true complaint is i can always smell the dog park.
My security company secure Amli lifts it’s the most friendly and green residential environment that you will enjoy living in.
Horrible maintenance situation...constant elevator outages and multiple times per year with no hot water...way overpriced for the terrible service and maintenance
