Worst living experience ever
RecommendedI love living in this complex! One of the best things is the WEEKLY BOOTCAMP offered every Tuesday at 6:30! The workouts are great and are tailored for all levels of fitness! 💪🏻
Awesome location in the middle of everything! Staff and customer service like no other!
The people are nice and friendly, the courtesy officer is cordial to call back when you raise a request but that still doesn’t give you peace of mind here. The parking lot gates often fail to work and despite reporting multiple times post midnight, it still wasn’t fixed. This is a huge concern b cause last time when that happened, there were bunch of cars vandalized!
Eric is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
Community used to be nice. Now it's low quality at premium pricing. Needs a seasoned, service-oriented manager to come get the place back on track ASAP.
I echo all the issues from people that gave this place 1-2 stars. The office did not help with an issue with another resident and was told that they "didn't want to ask the other resident to change their lifestyle". Among the other issues with the place being treated like a frat house with little regard of other people living there. ALSO I would be hesitant about all the 5 stars, considering that they are mostly given on the same day or weekend. Probably asked by an associate to rate this complex.
