I love AMLI. Ari at the Evanston location was so helpful. She is the best. We love the amenities and the apartment.
My boyfriend and I moved to the AMLI in May and we are LOVING it here! The rooftop is absolutely gorgeous and we love that there is a community garden that looks well-taken care of. The amenities are incredible. We love that we have accessible parking here and bike storage. When we quickly discovered that we needed extra storage a few months ago, Ari quickly let us know that there was an open storage unit on our floor around the corner from our unit. Quick, responsive management and service team. A pleasure to work with Eric, Ari and everyone in maintenance at AMLi Evanston. Our unit is in tip top condition, the roof garden is great.
While there are a few positives—such as spacious units that stay warm in winter without the need for heating, a well-equipped fitness center, and a responsive maintenance team for basic tasks—these do not outweigh the core issue that made my time here extremely difficult: persistent and unresolved noise disturbances. Sound insulation between units is almost nonexistent.
