Have been a resident for close to half a year and wanted to drop a review because the staff at Amli Deerfield deserve it. Joe is the reason we ended up deciding to pick our apartment. As a leasing agent he is extremely prepared and had answers to all the questions that we came in with. He is also extremely honest and the knowledge/experience he has from being a resident himself is very helpful when looking to make a decision. I had a disappointing experience while touring this apartment complex. The leasing agent, on 12/20 Joe, was unprofessional throughout the showing. Before showing any units, he asked whether I had already checked the pricing, like if i can’t afford living in a “luxury” building, which felt inappropriate at that stage of the tour. During the showing, he was frequently on his phone and appeared distracted. Like he is not interested on leasing at all.
