We stayed here for 6 months after being temporarily forced out of our home due to a flood. I cannot think of a better choice for our temporary home. We really enjoyed the 5 star amenities including the fitness room, business center and party room. (We didn't use the pool since we moved in and out off season but the pool area is lovely). Any maintenance issue we had was addressed the same day. The staff in the leasing office were fabulous. (special commendations to Lindsey, Joe, and Alexa). The common areas, like the lounge and pool, are often crowded with kids who aren’t residents, making it hard to find a quiet spot to swim or an available chair to relax in after a long workweek. The golfing area is frequently out of order, and considering the high rent, it’s frustrating not to be able to fully enjoy the amenities.
The atmosphere is comfortable. The surroundings are kept up. The landscaping is well maintained. Did not find it easy to meet neighbors. Liked my apt. but decided to move to a 55+ environment.
