AMLI branch park is a breath of fresh air in the Mueller area! I’ve only been here for 1.5 months but MGMT has already gone above and beyond to make my experience here an amazing one. I couldn’t be happier to be back in an AMLI community (previous was AMLI Las Colinas in Dallas before COVID) and since moving in here my experience has been as nice, if not nicer, than my actual unit…and that’s saying something because this place is NICE! I moved into this property about a month ago and I’m very satisfied overall. The building is very clean and well-maintained. The walls feel a little thin, but since the South Building is in a quiet area, it hasn’t been a major issue. BIANCA, who helped me during the tour, was incredibly kind and helpful. She answered all of my questions honestly and made me feel confident about moving in.
The leasing office has been incredibly helpful during my move-in process. Amber was especially knowledgeable, offering an insightful tour and guiding me through everything I needed to seamlessly settle into my new unit.
Amber was nothing short of INCREDIBLE during our move-in process! Start-to-finish she was an absolute rockstar getting us situated pre-move-in with detailed videos of our unit and instructions on how to navigate around the building weeks before our move-in date. She even intercepted our movers the day of (we were running behind) and helped guide them to get access to our unit to place our stuff. Amli branch park is by far the best complex I’ve ever lived in. My apartment is beautiful, has an incredible view, and the management team is always happy to answer my millions of questions lol. Bianca specifically was so helpful and encouraging when helping me with a fun personal project I wanted to do for the AMLI community! She provided all the information I needed and was happy to answer all my questions. And with income based rent I’m able to afford to live in such an amazing place at an extremely affordable price!
