Worst apartments you could ever move into can’t even take a shower without the water turning scorching hot, burning your skin or automatically turning ice cold bathtub started peeling not even a week of moving in they sent some guy to fix it. He did a poorly job and peeled right after and yes, we followed instructions and waited 24 to 48 hours to take a shower in the bathtub. they are infested with earwigs seen plenty of them all over my house windowsills got mold I told the maintenance guy that got fired from there about it... read more

First 2 years I had old apartment with barely working fan, so my heat and air conditioner were terrible. Windows insulation is so poor that winters are cold even after I moved to a renovated unit. They constantly tell residents to lower the heat not to burn the furnace instead of just putting better windows. The toilet clogged tens of times so I became a professional unclogging it (cheap).
