First 2 years I had old apartment with barely working fan, so my heat and air conditioner were terrible. Windows insulation is so poor that winters are cold even after I moved to a renovated unit. They constantly tell residents to lower the heat not to burn the furnace instead of just putting better windows. The toilet clogged tens of times so I became a professional unclogging it (cheap). This is disgusting. I'm sure management will blame tenants for this but ultimately management should take responsibility for this garbage mess. Tenants don't want rodents.
