Very good experience
I had the absolute pleasure of moving into AMLI Art Center in Atlanta, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The center's contemporary design and welcoming atmosphere immediately stood out, creating a perfect environment for midtown living. What truly sets AMLI Art Center apart is how it connects the local community with the rest of Atlanta with the convenient Art Center MARTA station directly outside – highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing place to live in Atlanta!
I visited this building for a tour and while the apartments were beautiful, the leasing agent just gives you the keys and doesn't really provide much info. They don't even ask you if you prefer a guided tour and self guided tour. On top of that I had a very negative experience with a resident. I got off the elevator on the 23rd floor and a man with a very large pitbull had his pitbull of the leash waiting for the elevator. This one of the most and unprofessional experience they do not care about the potential tenant Im convinced they just want your money they are very unprofessional y is is taking 9 days to let me know if I’m approved or not when I applied at the AMLI 3464 it took two days to approve me they need to fired these lazy people
