Compared with many other Midtown apartments, I felt the space and overall value were really strong. The leasing office was generally helpful and responsive, and maintenance requests were handled fairly quickly. Most of the staff members I interacted with were professional and easy to communicate with. There were a couple of downsides. One front desk staff member was not helpful when I tried to book the elevator and kept directing me to the leasing office.
