I recently left Amli 8800 after living at the community for just over two years. I am giving the community 3 stars because there were pros and cons to living here. There are several staff members who work in the leasing office. Some of them are friendly and helpful. Maia was great with answering questions and helping me out with some things. This place is the worst. Avoid at all cost. Don’t be fooled by high ratings for maintenance. It is meant to boost overall rating for the property. There are eviction notices at every turn because the rent is so high. The building and service are terrible. Elevators are constantly down. Rent should not be over 3k here.
Friday night looked like a rodeo of tow trucks. Alpine was cruising throughout the community hunting for people to tow. Imagine, this is supposed to be where you live and these people are nothing more than predators.
