I loved AMLI 3464 when I moved in back in 2017, but since then it has gone down hill. The hallways smell like sewage often, and the way they "fixed" that problem was to add very strong air fresheners. So now it smells like sewage, smoke, and strong perfume. The community is supposed to be smoke-free, but neighbors smoke all the time and it fills up my apartment with the smell. That should be an easy issue to solve...
