Crystal was a great tour guide and helped out a ton with our move in and questions. The rooms are all spacious, and the outdoor areas are nice. The interior layout can be a bit confusing at first but they have maps at all elevators if you get lost. When I moved in the upstairs AC was broken but it was quickly resolved by Maintenance and has given no issues so far. All the staff are very quick to respond to any questions or issues.
I have lived here for two years and suddenly they have engaged in unethical and predatory towing of guest vehicles. I would not recommend moving here.
