Terrible experience. My air conditioning had been down for over a month. They kept making me wait for a week and kept changing Mt woke order before agreeing there's an issue and put a make shift air conditioner for about two weeks which leaked everywhere and my entire bedroom carpet was wet. The. Again I placed an order to get My conditioning fixed. They said they fixed it but it was our again. Been placing requests, they come and say it's fixed and it doesn't work. UPDATE: Since this review, all problems have been addressed. No compensation for the inconvenience, which is disappointing. We still have roaches although the property did offer a deeper treatment that would involve us emptying the cabinets so we have chosen to fog the apartment ourselves, because clearing out cabinets and spraying inside them is not going to help. Very quick response. Fixed a couple of items, he is coming back later to check on a third item. However, important to underscore that we had reported on the inventory scratches on the living room and kitchen floors, he told us this cannot be fixed now but should be noted for future reference.
