I recently stayed at San Simeon Apartments and couldn't be more satisfied! The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. The staff was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that all our needs were met. I highly recommend San Simeon Apartments for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend! It’s a great place to call home at a fair price. The location is great—close to downtown and just steps away from some of Houston’s best walking and running trails. I am a visitor and had a terrible experience. With no signs or warnings, my car was towed and there was no information on how to get it back. This is abusive and a total lack of respect. I've been living here for 10 months and it's been amazing. Everyone is so kind from the leasing agents, maintenance staff, and neighbors. Eddie and Alex also put on great events for the residents, we’ve had movie nights, yoga sessions, breakfast, and flower arrangement activities. Our family lived in #3035 for 8 years. Never late paying our rent - in 8 years. Never caused even a tiny problem. We were great tenants - quiet and easy to get along with. We moved out in March 2025 giving leasing agents way over 30 day noticed. Its now September 2025 and we still don’t have our deposit back. All we want is our deposit back which is owed to us.
