Everything was flawless from start to finish - AMK is responsive and professional while also being warm and personable. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again either as a tenant or homeowner. Truly a five star experience.
This property management company is in violation of California's Fair Employment and Housing Act - discrimination of ESA renters; a complaint is being filed with DFEH & HUD.
Pros: very prompt with maintenance requests Cons: everything else. The lease states it's a non-smoking property, but they don't enforce it. My former neighbor refused to stop smoking, and Andrea made very feeble attempts to get her to stop. Rather than deal with it, she offered to let me out of the lease early and I accepted. The same neighbor constantly had her music blasting and refused to turn it down, used my parking spot without asking, and dumped her old dirty mattress on my patio for 3 weeks.
