What's the best service
AMK's quality of service and transparency are second to none. Their service technicians are intelligent and careful to protect our home when working inside. They informed me of the cost of repairing my very old system and provided an estimate for a new system. They took the time to discuss both options with me and patiently answered all my questions. I chose the new system and we were up and running on it in two days.
Love them! Very honest and friendly. Not just trying to make a buck. I found a humidifier on Amazon and they told me I should just order it from there since it’s cheaper than what they could sell it for. When it came in, they installed it for me and did a great job!
I called this company when my Furnace went out back in October. The technician came by and looked at it, turns out I needed a new furnace. The company found a replacement and was out the next day to replace it. They are a mom and pop style business but make up for it with customer service and knowledge. I will recommend them to anybody especially if your a Veteran such as myself.
What to say about AMK--1000% positive. They helped my office out of a bind. I had an important client meeting at our office and the day before the AC died. I was told by unnamed company that outside unit needed replaced which it did but they could not do it on such short notice. Other companies could not respond but AMK came to the rescue.
