The office staff is terrible, theres no communication and they leave people unstaffed for weeks without warning. If you care about your loved ones dont go with this place when looking for home care
I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of the staff at this company. Their behavior has been consistently unprofessional, and rather than addressing concerns in a constructive and respectful manner, they have engaged in retaliatory actions that only escalate issues or just not address them period.
