Well I just moved in here two days ago and the people here are very kind I very much appreciate it and it is clean in here except for on the carpet by the doors of you dirty spots but other than that it even smells good it was very nice compared to where I was living and the people seem to be very kind in here I very much appreciate it thank you I'm glad to call this place my home

Good place but they NEEEEED instructions for the security phone in the front. Many people can not seem to use it right esecially at night.
The apartments are spacious and very nice. Great maintenance team. However, caliber of residents has gone from 55+ and disabled only to 18+ and disabled only. Since COVID high rate of mgmt turnover. Seniors may want to look elsewhere, even with 24/7 guards on duty, there are too many rowdy tenants and law breakers living in, and frequently visiting, Amity Plaza.
