I had such an amazing experience with Dr Tsay. He made me feel comfortable and I am typically a person that doesn’t do well in medical environments.
After moving from LA to Newport Coast we were in need of a Primary Doctor. I happened to read a letter from Dr Yang in Next Door Neighbor introducing herself and the practice she had joined. Our introduction appointment was so thorough and complete. Dr Yang has been available whenever we have needed to reach out. The care shown is over the top! We feel so well taken care of and protected by this practice.
I recently came back from Mexico City and started to have really bad diarrhea/vomiting/migraines mostly likely from food poisoning. I came across Dr Yang and I was able to contact her via text to discuss my symptoms and she prescribed me antibiotics immediately for my "traveler's diarrhea". I went straight to my pharmacy and started feeling better in about 1.5 hrs after taking my medication. Simply could not be happier with the care provided by Dr. Yang! After trying a couple other dpc establishments I was starting to feel like I was still receiving the same level of care as the standard insurance based dr's. I was wondering if my membership fees were really even worth it. I was ready to give up on the idea of dpc and felt like my health issues would never really be resolved until I found Amity health!
