Nursing Assistant Patricia was great with check in - pleasant, answered questions well, provided details. Dr. Amity Onders is one of the best primary care physicians I have had in my lifetime - and I'm old : ) She listens well, makes good eye contact, answers questions with important details, and provides very useful new information. Kaiser has been my excellent medical provider since when I was working full time, and now with my Medicare.
Months ago went to this doctor was misdiagnosed with a hernia, months later I'm in agonizing pain and I believe it's developed into nerve damage. Probably going to live with nerve damage because of the negligence of the doctor.
Dr. Onders is awesome. I have an ongoing health issue which we are trying figure out and she is determined to see this through until she finds what the issue is. She is very personable, professional, and determined...just what I want in a doctor. The nurse we saw, Denise, is very caring and does an excellent job.
