Amity Care Hospice was a godsend for my mother. At the age of 92, she went on their hospice service with numerous diagnoses, in addition to dementia. Their clinical team was very understanding, empathetic and caring. They were patient with her struggles and very attentive to her. They also listened to the concerns of each new healthcare challenge. I would like to pay homage to (3) lovely ladies Stefanie Hinton, Bambe, and MeMe, I'm the first to admit, from the time I excepted the fact my mother had developed dementure my life has been a rollercoaster, yet once I was introduced to Amity Care (3) Pro's the journey has changed, not as stressful as it was in the driver seat alone. Each of the three brings to the table their own unique skills and talent. Something I don't take likely and I'm truly grateful for. L.Love

Considering the fact that COVID-19 had just hit, I suppose it could have been worse. As an RN myself, I could understand the initial awkwardness of the nurses’ discomfort having to gown & mask. It was a necessary inconvenience. But it took away my own comfort when I needed a tremendous amount of reassurance and support. You could sense the nurses’ discomfort & it was distracting.
