Zero sales pressure. This place is great. John responded quickly to my email. I went late on a Friday after leaving 2 other dealers & Sal the mechanic let me test drive 2 trucks even though it was late close to closing. I spoke to John over the phone, negotiated deal and he gave me a great price for my trade in. I came back Saturday morning, did the paperwork with Emily and was out the door. John, Sal & Emily were awesome! I'd definitely recommend them.

Was promised a car fax once he returned to the office, never occurred. Also, raised the price on the car by $500, which made no sense.
