Dr Manaus did my spine fusion surgery 10 years ago. I came out of it with permanent nerve damage in both legs including full and partial drop feet. He wanted to delay it two more weeks after two weeks in level 8 pain! So I just went into the hospital so that they could the help with pain control for those two weeks! Shamed him into doing my surgery after 3 days in the hospital waiting on it! Worst clinic ever! Dr Nayack is the best but the staff sucks! I called for my medication refill. Not done!!! Always some excuse…inam thinking if changing clinic. I cannot deal with them anymore!
I am very disappointed, i was late by 15 minutes to the appointment due to traffic and it can happen with anyone. The buffer they provided is 10 minutes. For appointment there is a wait time for almost months can't they give 30 minutes buffer.
Disappointing.
My appt. was for 3pm, showed up at 2:50 to fill out paperwork. Waited an hour and 20 minutes and Dr. Chavla was still a now show. Got disgusted and left their office, that is borderline abuse. I have never waited that long ever to not see a doctor. Wow! I would venture to say they are somewhat disorganized in their appt. procedures. If he had an emergency to tend to the office should notify all appointments after that to roll back the times to something more realistic.
Dr Lemon has been very patient in his explanation and review of all results and treatment. It has been a pleasure working with him on my care. He had made me feel at ease when things took interesting turns.I know he is looking out for me.
