I have gone to Dr. Goel for many years and had no problems. I realize now that was because my visits were simple, either an exam or a shot. However, I recently fell and was in excruciating pain. When I went to see Dr. Goel I was crying and scared, never having been in this much pain before and worried about what my prognosis might be. I had knee replacement surgery and back pain issues (related to a chronic issue). Dr Goel is very abrupt in his bedside manner and was not interested in hearing from me. Other than prescribing pain medication (not needed) he failed to take the time to listen or understand my medical issues. I would not recommend him.
Dr. Goel has always taken care of me, I don't see him most times in office but he has always showed up if I need to see him. He keeps me walking!
I have been to this clinic multiple times for epidural injections in my spine and the front desk people have been pleasant to work with. Dr. Goel's PA Olivia is wonderful to work with. She communicates very clearly and is very attentive to my needs and takes whatever time is necessary to cover all the topics. My wife now goes here and loves her. I’ve had an excellent experience with Dr. Goel. He is extremely thorough and was able to address all of my concerns! His treatment plan has been successful and my chronic pain has gone from extreme to very tolerable!!
