Amazing experience from my first visit, to my last post op visit. Dr. Goel made sure I understood exactly what was going on and answered any questions or concerns I may have had. Very thorough and personable!!!!
Nightmare Doctor he screamed at me after my surgery called me hurtful names and made me cry. It was so bad that the nurses reported him. I have no idea how he has a five star rating. Ive never had a worse doctor in my entire 45 years of life. It took five hours for a gallbladder surgery, mind you my open heart surgery was a hour and a half eith an exceptional doctor in Cleveland.
I was referred to Dr Goel after being told by my long time Dr that as a black woman, I should see someone who could help me, because he couldnt. Although happy that he was honest….I was scared & shook to my core. First appointment with Dr Goel, I was instantly COMFORTABLE the entire team was so warm and friendly, going beyond the realm of healthcare to ease my anxiety and nervousness!!!!
