I’m also surprised by the bad reviews. No lines and no waiting, clean facility. Everyone is very nice. I’m very happy with the service.
Dreadful to make appointments, doctors don’t seem to care and lots of miscommunications within the group which makes it difficult for patients to navigate: I will never recommend this practice
I’m surprised by these reviews. My experience has been stellar every time. I’m able to schedule an appointment with my primary easily, getting my blood drawn is a piece of cake (15 mins tops), and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Leigh, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help me when I came in 15 mins before closing. Amanda in the lab was great too. Overall 10/10!
