4 years ago on Halloween my daughter had to have brain surgery because she was diagnosed with Chiari Malformation by Dr. Bryan Bertoglio, M.D. and his team. Dr Bertoglio saves my daughter life!! and I can not thank him enough we just got the all clear 2 weeks ago that we don’t have to see him unless necessary. Had a c section Friday and getting discharge now... same thoughts! I was like wth!! Never want to come back here nor do I want to recommend anyone to this hospital! Nurses are inexperienced they don't even tell you their names when shift changes. Gives you the you're a terrible mother look when asking for the nursery for overnights. Not giving you pain meds telling you it should be fine. Swinging your feets like it's a bag of garbage on the first night after c section so I can dangle my feet (wtf)!! The nurses on the 6th and 5th floor are wonderful they really made not only me feel great about being there and them caring for my newborn but they was great with my entire family and made all of us feel welcomed.
