. There’s nothing worse than chronic back pain.Ive been a patient for years. They guided me through 2 back surgeries and cervical fusion. I normally see PA Jackie. Both her and Dr. Sharma are very professional, caring and thorough. The office girls( and guys) are so helpful. I felt like he really understood where I am at with this chronic pain. I felt his empathy. I love that he isn't making me waste time with procedures that I have had over and over that have stopped working for me. He has a plan and I have great confidence it will help me. The office is really nice and the staff is amazing.
I recently had an appointment with Dr. Sharma at the Bayshore office. I must say, thankfully, the office has done a complete 180 from my experience a year ago with the front office workers in Bayshore, that wasn't very pleasant at that time. I expressed my concerns in a review and they were addressed immediately with apologies. At this last visit in July 2025, the front desk office staff were very kind and professional.
