The staff in Dr Desai’s office was very pleasant and professional. The doctor was very easy to communicate with and has a very caring, pleasant and professional attitude towards his patients.
The experience at Texas Endoscopy was the best ever. Dr Desai was efficient. My appointment was at 9:15, I was in pre op and had talked to Dr Desai by 9:20. Dr Desai has great communication skills, explained the procedure and made me feel at ease. The entire staff (check in lady, anesthesiologist, nurse assistants) were highly competent and super friendly.
Thank you so much for the staff and Dr. Disei. I made it to my appointment, but the staff sent me a text with your old address down the road. I am glad you still saw me. Thanks Kevin
