Dr. Shah treats the bloodwork but not the patient. He shows little empathy or compassion. Never seeing him again.
Office staff at Dr amit shah office are fucking morons ! I sent a fax request for urgent care to their office 3 weeks ago no response what's so ever! Life threatening situation I needed to discuss with dr shah my ( primary care provider) what the fuck? The doctor never contacted me or staff to schedule me an immediate meeting with him ! Who in fuck has medical right to make a doctors decision for doctor to respond to my request and ignore it?
AWFUL staff I would negative stars if I could. Absolutely unprofessional. They will say awful things about you right in front of your face thinking you can't hear them. Whole receptionist team needs to go. They clearly do not appreciate their job.
Dr. Shah is a good doctor, very caring, thorough, and professional. I wish I could say something positive regarding the office staff! I have requested refills on medications several times, and the girls fail to follow-up with the pharmacy. At times, they were going to call me and NOTHING! I wish his old staff was still with him!
The best doctor in town. He cares and it shows.
Excellent doctor along with his technicians and medical assitants. They do follow up and show a sincere caring for the patient I like it if you need a EKG they can do right there on site you don't have to run off to another Specialist. They take time and go over everything with you. I am a new patient and am very impressed and have to admit I went on recommendations from my friends.My past doctor was a joke. Even the waiting room is large,
My first visit was a pleasent experience. He sat down with me and discussed my medical history and what he will recommend to change medications and what I can expect for the near future of my medical needs. Felt very at ease.
