Wonderful surgeon, great follow up. It is now 2 years post-op for my wife and there have been no complications. Despite moving to TN we still continue to use him for follow ups and intend to do so as long as he is working. He is very kind and skilled at what he does! So grateful for what he has done for my wife!
Wish I could give Dr. Jain 6 stars. He fixed my back after another (non-Hopkins) doctor botched a surgery. I know everyone's results very, but this was 100% life-changing for me.
He comes across as nice and friendly. But if he is adamant about surgery -- BEWARE! My philosophy is that if I get a second opinion and it's drastically different from my first opinion, that I'll seek out a third opinion. I know doctors have different philosophies, but I ended up getting 3 opinions and really felt like this guy was pushing surgery. He has a big name in the area and my friend who saw him loved him, I just don't feel comfortable here.
After 3 years of chronic pain from a large L5/S1 herniation, I finally had a microdiscectomy and I truly wish I had done it sooner. I was terrified of back surgery and tried everything first- injections, physical therapy, chiropractic care, you name it. That fear kept me in constant, unmanageable pain and stopped me from living my life. I’m sharing this because you hear so many horror stories, but not enough good ones. Our son had scoliosis surgery(spine fusion) by Dr Amit Jain on June 23.2025 Dr Amit Jain and his team did a amazing job our son's spine had a severe curve and now it is perfectly straight he can now live a pain free and active life I would recommend the surgery to anyone that has severe scoliosis it has made a big difference in our son's life. Thanks again Dr Amit Jain and his team for your excellent job !!!
