Dr. Patel was very delightful at my visit. He spoke to me clearly about me and my issues. And as well to continued the to give me more important.
Had a scheduled appointment I emailed my updated insurance a week prior and received a confirmation that they had received my updated insurance. A few days before my appointment I received a phone call asking to verify the insurance . I gave them the information that I had already emailed them. A few days later I drove 45 minutes to my appointment arrived 15 min early. 10 minutes later the lady at the front desk tells me Dr. Patel does not accept my insurance Blue Cross insurance. Incompetent
