Louis was great to work with- he is very knowledgeable and fair. The flooring was delivered quickly, it looks amazing and works beautifully. Bonus is that we were able to return any unused flooring for some money back! Great experience all around
extra flooring was able to be returned with a stocking fee--i feel satisfied as i think that is reasonable
my contractor told me to order vinyl plank flooring for my basement. They had it ready to go from warehouse and delivered to my home same day (prefabricated material). I had 8 boxes leftover and they wouldn't allow a return--stated no return on special order. On ight assume a special order is something like having bare wood stained specifically to your desire--not a pre-fabricated product! u could argue that my contractor could have had closer estimate, but at same time, who would order less and have to hold up a job if u ru... read more
