Dr Jyoti Shah is excellent and caring
She was very nice and understanding. The best.
We like the doctor herself. She has taken her time and explained things to us. Her nurse staff is friendly. But, the office staff has a lot to be desired. They usually act like you are bothering them and if you ask questions they act like you should already know the answers.

My Doctor is the best
Dr. Shah reviewed test results which I had provided and it seems concluded that there was nothing wrong with my heart or lungs and, therefore, she essentially dismissed my shortness of breath which had become debilitating to me. I suggested physical therapy to which she seemed to agree and then left the room and did nothing.
Professional, caring, knowledgeable and highly efficient
The physician is very good! She listens and explains things very clearly. She is friendly and professional. I just wish this practice had their records online for patient viewing like the other physicians. I am under the impression it is a federal mandate and don't understand why this records requirent is not met.
Always a good experience with Dr. Jyoti Shah.
