I feel like she really cares and listens to you.
We like the doctor herself. She has taken her time and explained things to us. Her nurse staff is friendly. But, the office staff has a lot to be desired. They usually act like you are bothering them and if you ask questions they act like you should already know the answers.
Dr. Shah reviewed test results which I had provided and it seems concluded that there was nothing wrong with my heart or lungs and, therefore, she essentially dismissed my shortness of breath which had become debilitating to me. I suggested physical therapy to which she seemed to agree and then left the room and did nothing.
My mom has stage 4 emphysema and she called it a slight case of COPD. My mom's pulmonoligist in Johms Hopkins recommended us to steer clear of her but my mom wanted to try her anyway. She's a joke of a dr. Following Johns Hopkins recommendation and going to Calvert instead.
