Dr. Shahien is patient and thorough. He has a wonderful bedside manner.
The offices are always clean and inviting. Dr. Shahien is excellent efficient, friendly, and is eager to help. He followed my progress with physical therapy and made suggestions along the way. I am grateful for his caring gentle nature. He is a great doctor and I am grateful for his help in my healing.
Great experience with Dr. Shahien and staff at the Richmond Hill location. Everyone was polite, professional and thorough and seemed to genuinely care about my issue. Dr Shahien performed knee surgery in September and I have had two follow up appointments. I continue to be impressed with him and the entire staff at Optim.
