Clearly these are slum lords. I called to ask them a couple questions and they gave me a short answer and then hung up on me in the middle of a sentence. They obviously just lost a potential buyer. They are extremely rude and barely speak English. Go figure.
I dealt with Amir before over a year ago. He keeps closing and reopening under a different business name.. Extremely rude. I inquired about a property for myself in Winterhaven, just asking the standard questions. He got annoyed with the questions and told me to get a real estate agent. I am a licensed agent. He didn't know because he wouldn't talk for more than 60 seconds. The property I viewed was extremely run down and unlivable with code violations. It was listed as lease or buy. Called to inquire about more specifics about what is required to buy a home from him and was told to read and follow the text message and got hung up on. The questions I was asking weren't answered in the text.
Horrible rude person, amir was so rude over the phone and in person, it's amazing he even has a business in the first place. He tells you he don't have time for questions, just read his website and leave him alone because he's very busy. So rude
I wish I could leave zero stars for the poor professionalism and rudeness.
