I had an amazing experience at Dr. Parvinchi's office. I was greeted with excellent customer service and was attended quickly. The ladies at the front desk helped me understand my medications and were very patient and understanding.
Dr. Parvinchi, as you know I have been coming to this office since Dr. Lazaro days. I have been given good care and service since you took over But on my last visit, something went wrong. They forgot to send in my prescription for Crestor, also they wanted me to have a blood test, which was supposed to be sent to Quest. I made an appointment for today at 1.pm, went there fasting and was told there was no order from your office. Something is happening at the Sylmar office, can you please look into it.
