My friend a terrible experience with Faezeh. She went in expecting professional service, but her hair was completely ruined instead. The color were nothing like what she asked for, and her hair is now damaged and uneven. To make matters worse, Faezeh has been ignoring her calls and messages ever since. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. She trusted her with her hair and now she’s left with a disaster. I do not recommend her services to anyone who values their hair and wants respectful customer service.

Came here for a hair cut. Went in with long multi layered hair and asked the lady cutting my hair to leave the length as much as possible and follow the preexisting layers and put another layer in if possible. And get it out of my eyes. But he time I left there almost all my length was gone and the top back of my head still had a super thick bunch of hair on it.
