Yeah so I won’t be back, not only do I tip well but I expect my hair to not be rushed, I left my appointment and got home only to realize the person who did my crotchet didn’t even finish fully. I have cornrows with missing hair in my head.. never once have I ever seen someone give like 9 cornrows and fill the parts they choose to fill, I also had more then enough hair to fill it so I don’t understand the rush? Stop letting people play in your head and then expect something in return.

This is my 3rd time with the business owner, Amina ,over a five year span, who is of African descent. I would like to add,I have been serviced by at least 3 different braiding businesses in between. And I would like to state, she was then as she is now, the same mannerable individual as when I had first dealt with her. I had the worst experience of my life at this establishment. First, I showed the owner a video of the style I wanted right from the start, but she refused to watch it, telling me to trust her because she knew what she was doing—even though I had explained the details to her.
