This office is amazing! I was suffering from sinus issues for 4+ weeks, and instead of writing me off with another prescription for antibiotics like most doctors would, Dr. Martinez helped me find the root of my problem (allergies). The medical assistant is also wonderful, as I called back many times with questions and she happily answered them all. Thanks for all of your help - and for saving my sanity!
I'm not writing this review hastily. I had a terrible experience with Hill Country Allergy about 3 years ago. I had been warned by several of my Lakeway clients with similar complaints about the office staff. I was billed for services I couldn't receive due to my pregnancy. (Not to mention that I was told these services would be covered by my insurance). The office manager was continuously condescending when I attempted to speak with her on the matter.
