Terrible
Dr. Soliz has been my family doctor for about 15 years. But his nurse Sandra is horrible she’s like a robot, no empathy or concern for patients. You don’t go to doctors just because you want to go, but because you’re ill. So Dr. Soliz is awesome but Nurse Sandra should be called Nurse Ratchett instead. When you ask her to please have Dr. Soliz to call you back her answer is “No we don’t that” it’s a shame you have to schedule an appointment just to ask a question to the doctor.
I wish I had seen the reviews BEFORE I made my appointment. My husband had to wait on this Dr for 3 1/2 hrs on Tuesday. I was appalled!! Today my appointment was scheduled for 1:30. I’m a new patient so I was forced to have the 1:30 appointment (like my husband). I was taken to the back to see the Dr and they told me he just left for lunch cause they were running behind and just finished the morning patients!!! REALLY????? I Won’t be BACK. What an unacceptable way to run a business !!!
I have been seeing Dr. Soliz since 1987. He is, without a doubt, the most conscientious, caring Dr. in the Houston area. Thorough to a fault, he will spend as much time as it takes to investigate and recommend treatment for any condition. I would, without hesitation, recommend him to any person who is in need of a family physician.
Is not in toon of any part of your medical condition, does not track your condition and dont spend enough time with patiens, after more than two hours waiting.
Dr Soliz is the first doctor I've ever had to actually approach his patients with prevention in mind. I appreciate that he recommends healthy life choices and doesn't just prescribe meds. Highly recommend!
This Doctor is not your typical primary care physician. He goes above and beyond to find the genesis of your problems. I would strongly recommend this Doctor to anyone looking for a physician that will actually listen to you and wants to fix your problems.
