Excellent. Because of my job, I have had to relocate numerous times across the USA and have seen many doctors. Dr. Soliz is by far the best. He is an excellent listener and truly cares for his patients. He has a good holistic approach to medicine and gives solid advice on lifestyle changes. He has changed and saved my life. On the downside, it is the front desk staff; they are rude and not helpful. Also, the waiting time to see him is regularly long.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Soliz’s for almost 20 years. My experience over the last few years have horrible. I had a 9:30am appointment and sat in the lobby until 11:15 am, his nurse Sandra has to be the worst nurse ever she is extremely rude and disrespectful. I had to have another back surgery a week ago. All I needed was to have 2 of my maintenance medications refilled and I explained to her about just having surgery and she said nope you have to come in. I had 2 previous appointments that I had to cancel due to having a ... read more

Dr. Soliz is wonderful. However, because the wait time is ridiculous, youay not see him even with an appt. You can literally spend well over 3 hours there waiting. And the front desk staff is rude and continues to over schedule patients regardless of the terrible wait times. We literally waited today for 1 hr and 15 min and the nurse came out to tell us there were three patients in front of us and the doctor takes at least 45 min with each patient. She recommended we reschedule. But would it be any better next time? In speak... read more

This doctor is perfect. I've never used perfect on a human. I'm at a time in my life where I fear for my health. Dr. Soliz has been listening, attentive and is very keen on my case. Sometimes, I see a father in him coupled by being my PCP. 2 of his staff members are angels to me too. Jacky and Cindy, God bless you. Yes, I Sometimes have to wait long, but I don't care about that and I go there knowing that because whenever my turn comes, he doesn't rush me. He takes his time to listen. And so, I know that whenever I'm waiting... read more

Been a patient for 3 years but no more. On the plus side, he has a good holistic approach to medicine with solid advice on lifestyle changes. The negatives include: twice the wrong prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy, scheduling appt by phone is nearly impossible - I just walk in to schedule, he requires appointments every 6 months and requires blood tests that Medicare won't pay for even though my blood work has not shown any issues, the nurse has never returned my phone calls to discuss the blood work, he would not exte... read more

I had an appointment set for 1:30 on a Tuesday. I get there at 1 to fill out paperwork and waited 20 minutes to be helped. Finally at 2:15 I get called back to the room and the nurse, who’s name I didn’t get, was so hateful and VERY rude. She asked me questions that I had answered 3 times already and would look at my husband and I like we were stupid. At 3:15 the doctor decides to make his grand entrance and proceeds to tell us about himself and all his accomplishments, how I should become vegetarian, how medications don’t w... read more

Dr. Soliz was my primary care doctor for about 10 years and was great up until he merged with CHI. He was very attentive, genuinely concerned for my well-being, a proponent of natural, diet-based care, and didn't push meds as a cure-all. He gave detailed medical explanations and historical examples which he was not obligated to do. He was a big reason for me getting healthier. I continued seeing him even when I moved further away because I know most doctors have quick trigger fingers on their prescription pads. It all change... read more

There are so many Family Practitioners in the area, patients do not have to settle for mediocrity and poor service. I have been going to this clinic and doctor for a couple of years and I have found it to be generally frustrating. The doctor seems nice but he seems to walk to his own drummer rather than be sensitive to the patient. He pushes a vegetarian lifestyle and has bibles in the treatment rooms. You get the feeling it is about him and not you. Also the walls between treatment rooms are not soundproof so you can hear t... read more
