They didn't have the tire I needed in stock so I bought it online and they put it on and balanced. I took the wheels home and put them on my truck which is not a daily driver. The wheels vibrate like they're not properly balanced and when I brought them back they told me that they did not put the wheels on. They told me they would not rebalance them without repaying. I'm so confused about flabbergasted. Never coming back here again.
For now the tires are good will update if anything changes
I found this place online after a stressful day of making dead end calls while being stuck from a flat in cherokee nc trying to find help & the right size for my car.. Came and got two tires on Friday and when I got home my left tire was already flat so I called and they said they would exchange the tire but when I got there they tried patching it and told me they couldn’t because it was already patched and I told them I wanted another tire because that’s what I was told so the spent 15 mins making a huge patch to cover up the old one be they “apparently” don’t have my size anymore but had plenty when I was here the day before.
