I am writing to bring to your attention an incident I witnessed at your location. Upon pulling up to the service window, I observed an employee, a young woman with dreadlocks, taking a shot of liquor in plain view. This is not the first time I have noticed her under the influence while on the job. Such behavior is unprofessional, unsafe, and reflects poorly on the company’s reputation. I believe this matter should be addressed promptly to ensure a safe and professional environment for both employees and customers.
This is a great amigos. Love the staff, they were so attentive to our order and overall had great vibes. Thanks!
