I employed Amigo Tree Service to remove a lighting struck very tall and big pine tree from my Pittsboro house. They completed the job on September 7, 2023 in a professional manner and I was happy with that. However, the issue arose with their paper work. They gave me an invoice that reads I paid them for "Tree service" which is a very vague description. My home insurance company rejected this invoice. They took down a dead arbor vitae, ground the stump, and cut down branches from other trees without disturbing my other plantings. Then they cleaned everything up and even put the trash cans in!! Would rate them 6 stars if possible.
RecommendedHIGHLY Recommend! They got our tall dead tree down in 30 minutes. The crew is clearly experts at what they do!
Geremy and the crew did an excellent job for us . The trees including one large leaning Oak were in our natural areas. They removed all with minimal damage to surrounding trees. They were meticulous in completing debris cleanup. They have done work for us and several of our neighbors before and all have been pleased.
Wonderful job today guys!! Not one shrub or plant or tree damaged. They were able to control the giant limbs as they cut and directed them to the groind where they wanted them. Cleaned up perfectly, all of them very polite, and it was fun to watch! I will use them again and recommend them any time i can! You guys exceeded my expectations 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩
We were very pleased with the wonderful job the crew did in removing trees, tree limbs and debris. They are very courteous and efficient, we highly recommend them.
Attentive and careful workers. We had three trees removed and stumps ground, all were very close to our fence. The crew was very careful not to damage the fence or our existing landscape. They filled the holes from the stumps and covered the areas with the mulch from grinding the stumps, leaving the area looking great. Amigo Tree Services has a dynamite team. We received multiple quotes, and Amigo Tree was right in line with the others, however took more time to professionally explain and illustrate their plan. They earned my confidence, and didn't make me feel their time was too important to talk with me. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking tree service.
Excellent experience with Roberto and his crew. They took care of a nasty River Burch tree that was located very close to the house with ease. They also pruned some very large limbs off of two old oak trees while there. These are our tree folks from now on. As others have stated very professional, friendly, and delivery quality tree removal/stump grinding. They also do a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. Thank you Amigo!
