They charged me $20 to remove the locks from my tires after telling me there was nothing they could do for 10 minutes. They then told me they didn't have the $60 used tire I needed even though I had called before to verify. They then suddenly found one when I told them to just put my donut on instead I'd just get a tire elsewhere.Throughout all of this I did get stressed and the man just continued to tell me to relax. The experience was crappy I go there they were gonna charge me $60 to swap out my tires as I was taking the tires out he told me he was gonna charge another 60 to do a mountain balance on top of everything. They broke my cap to my lug nut and stripped my other lug nut and then told me that they’re not gonna do it because it’s too heavy. These are only 19 inch wheels.
I came to this place twice the 1st time helped me out very well so i didn’t have a problem coming back. However coming back changed my opinion, I DO NOT recommend coming here they stole my tire sensor, on top of that they even switched out the cap from my tire and gave me this cheap ugly green cap. When i claimed the guy he argued back with me and telling me it was already like that. Took my car there to have a nail removed from a tire. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes! They were so friendly too!
