The worst person you can meet is Gissel, the woman who works there, she is rude to customers, she yells at them, she is never there, she doesn't answer the phone, she has no idea what it's like to deal with people.

Tenant in Action This storage facility is being ran by unprofessional staff that is stealing money from their customers, buy using a very unreliable software. Their auditing skills lack much to say, and their corporate office have no control over their personnel as well as hiring theives to run the facility. I am interested in receiving all feedbacks, and collecting names to forward to my attorney to file an official complaint and I will be processing a request for an audit through the Attorney Generals office.
