Had an appointment for twist on my natural hair got there at 10:30 sat there until 2:30 hair never got done
I have familiar with this place and I never thought i will have to find another hair braiding shop.
Extension locs start falling out the next day.She ran out of hair and used hair that want supposed to be used for that certain style.She never offered free service for her bad work or to redo it. I ask for a discount the next time I came & she said yes. The next appointment that I made with her, I went & she said it was not any hair style that she could do over my real locs. which isn't true I got the same extension before that she didn't do correctly & they lasted 3 months without any falling out. pictures coming soon.my ph... read more
If I could give this place a zero I would. I’m trying to understand how someone has a 3pm appointment and you don’t get started on their hair until 10 pm. Make it make sense. For the inconvenience the hairstyle should be free! They could use a course on professionalism. Do better
