I can’t even describe the wonderful experience I had working with Amie. I have a lot of chronic pain, some due to injury and some from age, but Amie took the time to really understand what I was going through and work with me. I wasn’t too sure about CST, but I couldn’t recommend it enough. They say the body keeps the score and if you feel like you are on the losing side right now, Amie is the coach you need. Thank you for holding space for me today.

I can’t recommend Amie highly enough! I’ve been seeing her biweekly for lymphatic drainage massages for over a year, and the impact on my well-being has been life-changing. As a busy, working mom, I initially needed relief from stress, migraines, and neck and shoulder tension, but the benefits have gone far beyond that. At an extreme low in my life, I went to Amie for the first time yesterday. Just a guy trying some self care to soften the effects of long term anxiety/trauma has had on my body.
