Amie is very knowledgeable and understands the Seattle real estate market better than anyone. My house needed a lot of work done on it before it could be competitive on the market. With her guidance and resources, she was able to help me navigate several last minute renovations, including planning, getting lender funding, and finding contractors. The house sold for $200k-300k more than it would have otherwise, and definitely much faster. It wouldn't have been possible without her. I'd recommend her any day!
